Brittney Slade is an associate attorney with Moheb Legal Defense, PLLC, in Roanoke, Virginia. Ms. Slade focuses her practice on accepting clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, throughout the counties of Roanoke and the surrounding areas.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Slade attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Political Science and minored in History. She later obtained her Post Bachelor Paralegal degree which strengthened her passion to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves to ensure that they get justice. She followed her dream and graduated with honors from Appalachian School of Law in the beautiful mountains of Grundy, Virginia.

While in law school, she represented her class as a Senator in the Student Bar Association, led as President of the Black Law Students Association, Vice President of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, and Senior Editor of the Appalachian Law Journal.

Ms. Slade has judicial clerkship, federal, and prosecutorial experience. She is focused on protecting the rights and future of her clients with careful attention to detail, thorough investigation, and unyielding commitment to her clients.
